Newark Gas
Newark is the largest city in New Jersey, and the county seat of Essex
County. Newark is the largest municipality in New Jersey and the 65th
largest city in the U.S. Prudential Financial and Mutual Benefit
Companies originated in Newark. The former, one of the largest
insurance companies in the world, is still headquartered in Newark.
Many other companies are headquartered in the city, including
International Discount Telecommunications, New Jersey Transit, Public
Service Electric and Gas (PSE&G), and Horizon Blue Cross and Blue
Shield of New Jersey.
Gases are of many types. It is also avaiable in Newark in many form. People use
the gases in form of CNG Gas, Natural, Liquefied Petroleum Gas(LPG), TIG welding (Tungsten Inactive Gas) and etc.
CNG Gas
CNG GAS provides many benefits. CNG Gas is cleaner burning than
gasoline, CNG GAS is cheaper the gasoline, a CNG Gas vehicle requires less maintenance, CNG Gas
is a commonly accepted alternative to gasoline and it is a reasonable option for the general public.
CNG Gas is cleaner burning than gasoline. Harmful emissions of carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, non-methane
hydrocarbons, and CO2 are reduced by 35%, according to a study conducted by the U.S. Department of Energy.
The ongoing cost of CNG Gas has been significantly cheaper then gasoline.
The Energy Information Administration (EIA) forecasts the price of CNG Gas to remain similar through 2030.
Gasoline prices can dramatically fluctuate, but the EIA forecasts a continuous rise in crude oil prices
Natural Gas
Natural gas is supplied to homes. It is used
for such purposes as cooking in in natural gas-powered ranges and/or ovens,
natural gas-heated clothes dryers, hearing/cooling and central Heating. Home and other
building heating may include boilers, furnaces, and water heaters. Natural gas can be used to produce hydrogen,
with one common method being the hydrogen reformer. Hydrogen has various applications: it is a primary feedstock
for the chemical industry, a hydrogenating agent, an important commodity for oil refineries, and a fuel
source in hydrogen vehicles. Natural gas is also used in the manufacture of fabrics, glass, steel, plastics, paint, and other products.
TIG welding (Tungsten Inactive Gas)
TIG welding is used for high quality welds with good surface finish,
mainly on metals like stainless steel, aluminium, titanium and magnesium.
In TIG welding, the arc is generated by a non-consumable tungsten electrode, and
filler materials is externally supplied. TIG welding is easier to control than MIG, but
has a higher cost. The invention relates to a protective gas for TIG welding of metals,
especially high alloy or low alloy steel, whose thermal conductivity is lower than that of aluminum.
The inventive gas consists of argon, helium and hydrogen and enables significant improvements to be made in
electric arc stability, welding speed, oxidation of weld surface and adjacent area, flow-on performance and weld appearance.
Liquefied Petroleum Gas(LPG)
The world consumption of LP Gas is currently around 190 million tonnes a year.
Demand is expected to be approximately 200 million tonnes a year. LP Gas stands for
Liquefied Petroleum Gas and is a mixture of light hydrocarbons which are gaseous at atmospheric
temperature and pressure. LP Gas occurs naturally in crude oil and natural gas production fields and is also produced in the oil refining process. Liquefied LP Gas packs a lot of energy into a small space and its vaporisation and therefore, its combustion is efficient. Each kilogramme contains around 12000 kcal of energy.
Last but not least, uses for LP Gas are legion. Basically, one can distinguish three main use categories for LP Gas:
• LP Gas as a fuel
• LP Gas as a motor fuel
• LP Gas as chemical feedstoc
